Our Honorees

Mr. Henry Buhl – Philanthropist, art collector, founder of Association for Community Employment (A.C.E.). The SoHo Partnership and Tribeca Partnership are part of the collective to put homeless men and women to work cleaning the streets. They receive employment counseling, training, family assistance, etc. The success rate is in the 90% bracket. A.C.E. has changed the lives of ex-convicts, homeless, etc., in addition to their extended families.

Ms. Sarah DuPont works with Amazon Conservation Association. She has made it possible for a scientific station based in Peru to research and provide conservation methods to the worldwide community. Her commitment to saving the rainforest and understanding biodiversity is endless.
